註釋
The objective of this short term scoping project was to design a theoretically-based research strategy and associated instruments that assess the effectiveness of various interpretive communication strategies aimed at enhancing visitor experiences while managing risk to the environment and risk to visitors. Drawing predominantly on the Theory of Planned Behaviour and related research, the project identifies variables that can be measured and manipulated ('salient' beliefs) in constructing persuasive messages for nonpersonal risk communication devices in national park settings.
