Merrill Lynch the nation’s largest firm has developed a new investment strategy in which they relocate their clients with under 150,000 dollars to Financial Advisory Center in Princeton, New Jersey. By doing this they hope to facilitate better overall client service to the clients who generate the most income. To get a vague idea of how some of their clients feel about their service I distributed seventy surveys, of Merrill Lynches to clients who had recent meetings with their financial advisor. I also interviewed three brokers to get an idea of their philosophies compared to Merrill’s new business look.
