Abstract: "The Partial Element Equivalent Circuit (PEEC) is a circuit based formulation which is equivalent to a full wave electric field integral equation (EFIE) solution. The PEEC formulation has proved useful in evaluating and analyzing many different packaging and electromagnetic problems. The PEEC model has recently been extended to include scattering (sPEEC). It is the purpose of this work to further extend sPEEC to include arbitrarily, inhomogeneous lossy and lossless dielectrics."
