When Carrero Blanco, the Spanish President of Government is assassinated, all three begin the search for Javier Lhande, a French Basque and Clare's current lover who holds the key to the assassination. "Dual National" is the story of Doudican's search for Lhande, and the explosive legacies of betrayed love and the growing terrorism in which he becomes entangled.
