Martin H. Clark Letter
註釋The papers consist of a letter written by Martin H. Clark while he was stationed at Norfolk, Virginia, during the American Civil War. Martin writes to his cousin about events happening in the city of Norfolk, specifically the St. Patrick's Day celebrations. He also describes his illness, not receiving much mail from home, and the differences between Norfolk and his hometown of Utica, New York. A handwritten transcript of the letter is also included.
