註釋Staying On, a longitudinal research project conducted in low-SES high schools in NSW, was funded by the NSW DEC and the Australian Research Council. It commenced in 2009 just as the school leaving age was being age raised. The results describe school-wide strategies that supported increased retention rates, and identify factors that led disaffected students to re-engage with learning.
