Interacting Effects of Gravity and Size Upon the Peak and Minimum Pool Boiling Heat Fluxes
註釋This report summarizes a two-year study of the peak and minimum pool boiling heat fluxes, q[superscript max] and q[superscript min], under a wide variety of conditions. The study was motivated by the fact that gravity, g, and size exert inter-related effects upon the extreme heat fluxes. Covered in this report are the mathematical correlation of effects of gravity, size, boiled liquid, pressure, and configuration on peak and minimum boiling heat fluxes.
