註釋Samuel Martin (ca. 1720-1770) moved to Paxton Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, ca. 1735. In his will, probated in 1770, he named four sons and two daughters. His grandson, Samuel Martin (1775-1842), was a son of Joseph and Ann Baskins Martin. He married Nancy Stark, ca. 1806. They had nine children, 1807-1824. He died at Vira, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. Descendants listed lived in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and elsewhere.
