註釋De Speciale Collecties van de Bibliotheek Wageningen UR, gevestigd in de FORUM-bibliotheek, behelst de internationale collecties van zowel oude en zeldzame boeken, tijdschriften en kwekerscatalogi, als botanische en zoölogische tekeningen, prenten, foto's. De belangrijkste onderwerpen zijn landbouw, sierteelt, bosbouw, veeteelt, tuin- en landschapsarchitectuur, landinrichting en -gebruik. Tevens zijn er de Nederlandse, topografische collecties TUiN, (documentatie met betrekking tot de Tuin- en Landschapsarchitectuur in Nederland), de collecties luchtfoto's onder anderen van de RAF (Royal Air Force) uit WO2 en oude en moderne kaarten. Ten behoeve van onderzoek aan de historische collecties zijn er ook moderne naslag werken, bibliografieën en heruitgaven. The Special Collections of Wageningen UR Library, located at the FORUM library, administers the international collections of rare and old books, journals and nursery catalogues, as well as botanical and zoological illustrations, manuscripts, prints, photographs The main subjects are agriculture, horticulture, forestry, livestock farming, garden and landscape design, and land use. It also houses the Dutch topographical collections TUiN, (Garden and Landscape Architecture Documentation for the Netherlands), the collections aerial photographs by the RAF (Royal Air Force) from WWII and old and modern maps and atlases. For study of the historical collections there are modern reference works, bibliographies and facsimiles.
