A High-speed Channel Controller for the Chaos Router
註釋Abstract: "The channel controller in the chaos router requires that all the routers in a network be in phase with each other. Futhermore, data that is sent from one chip must be received by another within a single cycle. These requirements cause the interconnect delay to effectively limit the speed at which the router can operate. This report discusses the design and implementation of a phase-adjusting controller which eliminates this limiting factor. The phase-adjusting controller is able to pipeline data on the interconnect and resynchronize it as it is received. Therefore, the data is not required to be received within a single cycle and the interconnect ceases to be the speed-limiting factor
