Ten Fables for Teaching English
註釋Aesop's fables provide a fun and exciting way to ignite children's interest in literature as they explore and learn the English language. Ten rhyming stories presented in the book help students learn the language while they are introduced to story morals such as responsibility, perseverance, or human frailty. Each rhyming fable includes information to help prepare teachers as well as stimulating activities that stress grammar, build vocabulary, and link the stories to subject content from across the curriculum. These hands-on tasks encourage students to speak as much as possible by having them work in pairs or small groups. This resource includes reproducible pages that can be made into flashcards illustrating key vocabulary concepts from the stories.
