註釋This report reviews the nature of the sex industry in New South Wales, to better inform legislative approaches to prostitution in the state. It looks at the size and structure of the sex industry, the health of sex workers and use of clinical and health promotion services, owner and management perceptions of sex industry conditions, current laws and policing regarding prostitution, and local government planning responses. Based on the findings, the report presents recommendations for sector reform, including the alternative approaches of licensing and decriminalisation.
