Work Organisation for Production Engineers
註釋Microdesign is concerned with the architecture of a work system and the characteristics of jobs or work roles within a production organization. By architecture is meant the tasks arising from the technology and the structure of relationships between the people carrying out these tasks. This handbook presents course notes, largely at the introductory level, which provide a description of the socio-technical approach to organizational design and outline a foundation for limited experimentation in the back-home workplace.
