註釋"These notes of [Edward William] Murphy's 1858 lectures cover pregnancy, labor and birth, lactation, the diseases of pregnancy, spontaneous abortion and miscarriage, deformed pelvis, hemorrhage, ruptured or prolapsed uterus, etc. Pages 93 - 100 contain a discussion of chloroform anesthesia. the notes were written by Thomas F.H.
