Domestic Action: the Fort Bragg Experiment
註釋The purpose of the study is to examine the Domestic Action program conducted at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The study is developed in three parts. Part I traces events leading to the formulation of the Department of Defense Domestic Action Program in 1969, and subsequent implementing actions taken by the Department of the Army. Part II describes the genesis of domestic action at Fort Bragg and examines in detail major domestic action projects conducted under the aegis of the John F. Kennedy Center for Military Assistance and the 82d Airborne Division. Part III cites lessons learned and assesses the overall value of the Fort Bragg experiment. (Modified author abstract).
