Total Victory!
註釋The Labor Relations Institute was founded in 1978 as a consulting firm dedicated to helping employers maintain a union-free workplace. Initially, LRI provided on-site campaign direction and developed all phases of an NLRB representation election campaign, In 1984, recognizing the power, convenience, and economy of video-based communications, LRI began producing custom video presentations for management. By 1988, the first edition of the NLRB Representation Election Campaign Program was released. This revolutionary approach utilized a series of captive audience videos that enabled employers to effectively conduct their own campaigns without expensive consulting services. The program's success is unprecedented in the labor relations industry. Now in its sixth edition, the constantly upgraded program has been used in more than 3,000 elections, and consistently maintains a win rate of over 88%. For the industrial workplace, LRI offers video programs in English and Spanish. In 1993 - responding to increased union organizing activity in the healthcare industry - an entirely original health care program was introduced. Most recently, LRI's extensive union-specific database has been made available online. Subscribers can use a range of easy-to-access electronic Labor Libraries when developing campaign strategy and formulating union-sensitive actions and policies. Today, the Labor Relations Institute provides the widest possible range of union-free communications products and services. Through a single source, management can obtain all of the materials necessary to run a winning campaign.
