Ordered, that the Committee on Finance be Instructed to Inquire and Ascertain the Amount of Existing Debts and Liabilities of the Commonwealth, Both Actual and Conditional, which Have Been Incurred on Account of Rail-roads and Otherwise, and Report the Same to this House
