How to Be a Man
註釋A Book for Boys, Containing Useful Hints on the Formation of Character. First published in 1847. Newcomb (1803-63) was an American clergyman and writer who contributed regularly to the Boston Recorder and to the Youth's Companion. He published over 150 volumes, of which 14 were on church history whilst the others were mainly directed at children, including this work and its companion How to Be a Lady.
