Liberalization Has Resulted In A Greater Degree Of Skewness In The Pattern Of Development, Perhaps Leading To The Marginalization Of Some States In The Overall Dispensation. The Problems And Constraints Associated With Agriculture Sector Seem To Have Worsened Under The Reforms Regime.
