Nuclear Magnetic Resonance
註釋Although the practice of NMR spectroscopy has changed hugely over the last 20 years, the physical principles of liquid-state NMR, with which this book is concerned, remain essentially the same. The origins of chemical shifts, spin-spin couplings, chemical exchange, and spin relaxation, and their effects on the appearance of NMR spectra, were all already pretty well understood by 1995, at least at the level of most undergraduate chemistry courses. As a consequence, the ground covered by this second edition does not differ greatly from the first. The most significant additions, aimed at making the coverage of experimental techniques a little more contemporary, are sections on INEPT, HSQC, and three-dimensional NMR.
