註釋This report aims to contribute to showcasing the importance of the transatlantic trade relationship. It features a series of indicators on the quantification of the number of jobs supported by EU exports to the United States (US) based on the most recent available data. It shows that EU exports to the US supported around 4.6 million jobs in the EU and 3 million jobs elsewhere in the rest of the world in 2011. In the EU, 62% of this employment was in services. Around 28% of these jobs were high skilled.
