The Genius of John Henry Newman
註釋This is the first major anthology of John Henry Newman's writings to appear in many years. Unlike most Newman anthologies, it covers the full range of Newman's achievement, both as a major Victorian writer, and as a Christian thinker of universal significance. Divided into five sections, the book focuses on Newman as educator, philosopher, preacher, theologian, and writer, presenting some of Newman's finest writing, much of which is virtually unknown or inaccessible.
