A Framework for Strategy Execution Integrating the PMO and OCM
註釋In the quest to successfully execute strategy, organizations across the globe have established units, ranging from office of strategy management (OSM), project management office (PMO), and organizational change management (OCM) units. Often, these units fail to achieve their intended objectives because deficiencies with the implementation of each of these hinders strategy execution This paper outlines a framework for strategy execution that integrates both project and change management models and methodologies. The author provides an overview of the roles, functions, structures and limitations of each of the three units, as well as outlining the processes, organization, and key challenges of an integrated framework. The paper also introduces a framework for strategy execution integrating the PMO and OCM, and identifies the main challenges of implementing this framework.
