Based on the challenges and difficulties experienced by the collec-

tive, and after a detailed analysis of the actions taken and their 

outcomes, we offer the following recommendations to civil society. 

These suggestions are intended to support the operation of civil 

society groups wishing to take advantage of the tools developed 

by this group in order to cope with a natural disaster such as the 

September 19, 2017 earthquake.
