You and I are God’s “own special people.” If you are a Christian—a believer—you qualify! The Bible explains that the reason we are “a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people” is because we are supposed to be proclaiming publishing and declaring the praises, the excellencies, the wonderfulness and the attributes of the One who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light. 

So when people see us Christians they need to see how excellent, virtuous, perfect and wonderful the God who called us IS. You and I are here on earth to make God look good!
