Subterfuge and Irony
註釋This collection of poetry from Richard Brooks is superbly written. Abstract and intellectual, the poet crosses from dark to light, anger to hope, death to life. Simple yet complex, the poems create a series of images in the reader s mind and provoke deep thought on the nature of life and the universe. Richard Brooks was born in the North of England in 1956 where he spent his formative years before living and working in the South East. At the end of 2006 he moved to rural Lincolnshire and in Spring 2007 started to write Subterfuge and Irony.
