A Pictorial and Ethnobotanical Guide to Plants of Eastern North America
註釋This photographic guide is intended to assist newcomers To The field of plant identification to gain familiarity with some of the common, or in some cases less common, plants of eastern North America. Because many of us venture into the outdoors early in the spring when little more than the occasional leaf may be present, and continue to do so until the fall when the leaves have turned color or fallen To The ground leaving only fruits behind, a rather extensive section on each of leaf and fruit morphology respectively is included. Additionally, both the etymology of plant names and an unsubstantiated guide To The medicinal value of the plants is included for entertainment value.
