註釋Edward Culver (1610-1685) immigrated in 1635 from England to Massachu- setts. John Culver (ca. 1700-1766), an immigrant or a descendant of Edward, lived in Somerset County, Maryland during or before 1737. Descendants and relatives of John lived in Maryland, Delaware, Georgia, Alabama, Oklahoma, Indiana and elsewhere. Without tracing exact relationship, other Culver immigrants and early residents are included, as well as some of their descendants.
