This Final Degree Project is a remodeling and expansion project of an industrial plant dedicated to the fishing industry. I have made the design of the new plant layout and new installations. Specifically it has been remodeled the area where there is the production of fish broth because has already increased production and also has been expanding to produce a new product such as prawn carpaccio Roses. So they have made the necessary calculations for sizing new facilities such as lighting, electricity, refrigeration and fire. Finally, the plans have been prepared to give effect to the calculations of the facilities. The document consists of memory, calculation and eight annexes 8 planes.
