Double Silylation and Dehydrogenative Silylation of Olefeins with Disilanes in the Presence of Platinum Complexes
註釋Disilanes having electronegative substituents attached to the silicon readily undergo oxidative addition with platinum compounds to give bis(silyl) platinum complexes. The resulting and independently-prepared bis(silyl) complexes when treated with olefins afford 1, 2-double silylation and/or dehydrogenative silylation products [1]. By combining these observations, we have found that double and/or dehydrogenative silylation of olefins with disilanes proceeds in the presence od platinum complex catalysts (Scheme 1). The reactivities of olefins and disilanes, activities of platinum catalysts, machanism and polymerization of the double silylation products will be discussed.
