Under the Civitas Elan project a research on intermodal infrastructure planning was conducted among users of public transport in Ljubljana. In the survey the opinions and proposals for intermodal passenger transport infrastructure was collected. In the presented study, the travel habits, current use and user's satisfaction with the services of public transport and its infrastructure was collected. The opinion of respondents about public transport accessibility, safety and cleanness of intermodal passenger infrastructure and quality of public transport services in the Municipality of Ljubljana presented in the study. Respondents also suggested proposals for intermodal infrastructure improvement in the field of accessibility and quality of its service.
