This case remained unsolved until a lieutenant from the Sagebrush Police Department was assigned to look into this cold case thirty-one years later. The lieutenant is astonished when he realizes the years of cover-up, deceit, and drug dealings connected to this old cold case. Moreover, he is more surprised when he learns who committed these crimes. He is determined to get justice for Sarah and her family, and in the process, he befriends Sarah's best friend TJ.
