This booklet published by Advaita Ashrama, a publication branch o Ramakrishna Math, Belur Math, gives us a roadmap to tune our bodies and minds and make them do what we want. Though initially written for the inmates of the hostels of Ramakrishna Mission, the value  of  the  booklet  is  being  increasingly understood  by  many  people  outside  this fold. As all of us need to develop our lives and  unfold  the  immense  potential  of  our Self; this booklet finds relevance in the lives of all of us, student or otherwise.
