註釋Mindfulness refers to a conscious awareness that emerges when we pay attention to the present moment in a particular way. Scientists and scholars take mindfulness as an object of study or practice mindfulness themselves as a research tool or method. Mindfulness-based interventions have been found to be moderately effective for the treatment of stress, anxiety, and depression and a variety of other psychiatric disorders. Mindfulness has also become a popular global phenomenon and, for some, a movement or revolution.
