Hoping to find a new start, sadly this small town is filled with gossip and everyone knows all about her problems. Then she meets John Taylor who is handsome and kind and makes her heart beat faster. He takes her son under his wing and teaches him to work with sled dogs as part of the boy's community service. But when her ex shows up, everything is challenged. Is John only trying to live out his dream through her son, or will he stand up for them in their time of great need?
