Collection of Data on Population Growth and Fertility Within the Framework of the Atlantida Program
註釋The purpose of the Atlantida household survey program is to provide training in procedures for designing and carrying out household surveys. Its main element is a case study. The case study makes use of a complete set of written procedures, questionnaires and other materials prepared for a multi-purpose household survey in a mythical country called Atlantida. The main features of the case study have been described in the paper by Mr. Lawrence and Miss Washabaugh. The object of the present paper is to examine those parts of the Atlantida household survey program which are relevant to the measurement of population change.
