註釋Experience a variety of poems, including short narratives, lyrics, and an occasional didactic. If the poems don't have rhythm, they have meter.Many of them rhyme. The rhythms and meters are usually consistent, and the rhymes are true. There are phrases, but few images, despitethe fact that Mr. Hart claims a devotion to Keats. Only the form (which is merely rhythm, meter and rhyme) is old fashioned (there are no forms, per se), the language and the content are contemporary.The poems live up to the title of the book ... they are indeed adisordered variety of different types.
