The report is based on the results of 36 surveys administered by telephone to public stakeholders and 15 written government responses. A number of general recommendations are given, along with specific recommendations on the EDP strategic action plan, the legislative review process, waste discharge criteria, and the clean air strategy. A list of organizations surveyed is also included.
