During the performed experiments the bacteria Bacillus cereus was cultivated and morphologically analysed. Later on the biological activity of its toxins on the cell cultures HEP2 and pig kidney cells (PLA) was determined. Morphologcially the appearence of the "cytopatogenic effect" can be seen. Finally, the samples were analysed through the chromatography, and biological activity was determined in different fractions. It can be concluded, that varius types of toxins can be determined.
