It covers water quality data and effluent quality data from 1979 to November 1982, and develops provisional water quality objectives. Also includes reports on water quality in the Fraser River from Hope to Kanaka Creek and water quality in the Serpentine, Nicomekl, and Campbell Rivers and Boundary Bay. A detailed technical appendix is included that provides the basis for the conclusions presented.
