Dr. Pradeep Kumar is Assistant Professor, College of Law IIMT University Meerut. He did his Master of Laws from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut and Bachelor of Laws from NAS Degree College of Ch. Charan Singh University Meerut. In 2012 he qualified UGC NET examination for Lectureship. He did his Doctorate in "Legal Rights Of women Against domestic violence the Law and emerging challenges in India" From O.P.J.S University Churu Rajasthan in 2022 His areas of specializations are Criminal Law, Civil Law, and Constitutional Law. He has published in the field of Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property rights, and Gender issues in reputed National and International Law journals. He has been teaching Criminal Law, Civil Law and Constitutional Law of India for under-graduate and post-graduate level for the past 11 academic sessions. Prior to joining the IIMT University, he was teaching at College of Law affiliated to Ch. Charan Singh University as Assistant Professor of Law.
