Re-sounding
註釋Enslin studied music under Nadia Boulanger, the greatest teacher of musical composition in this century, and, as poet Herschel Silverman has said, his poetry is actually musical composition. Enslin had at first wanted to be a composer and studied at the New England Conservatory of Music. When he turned to poetry, he brought to language a musician's feel for pitch and rhythm, and the musically complex poems that resulted are much admired by his peers for their meticulous attention to sound.
