Abstract: "Recent rapid increase of the power of computer hardware supported by VLSI technology and advances in computer modeling methods have made it almost possible for us to create an entirely new world in computers, either associated with or separated from the world we live in. Particularly, four dimensional (4D) graphics and 4D modelers supported by visual databases are the key for the success of this ambitious undertaking. As a preliminary study, we are conducting a number of researches in 4D modeling and the applications. First, we explain the recent evolution of the nature of information which includes a very crude model of the control of the world powers by information flow which includes the flow of information processing capabilities.
