ABSTRACTS:Facial cutaneous lesions of odontogenic aetiology may present a problem to the plastic surgeon who may not include dental infection in the differential diagnosis. Lack of recognition of the true aetiology results in multiple surgical procedures and recurrences of these lesions which usually present as chronic draining sinuses.
