The Implications of the Decline of International Communism on the Communist Movement in the Philippines
註釋This study attempts to seek answers concerning the effect of the deadline of international communism on the communist movement in the Philippines. It also seeks the possible reason for the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) on going struggle in the Philippines despite the downfall of international communism and support from abroad. Chapter 1 deals mainly with the background of the study, the statement of the problem, the scope and limitation, and the significance of the study. It also includes the development of communism, its origins, and the progression of this movement around the world. It also discusses the different dogmas of communism, from a historical perspective, and which dogma remains existent. Furthermore, this chapter elaborates the rise of communism in different states, and how it managed to survive till this day. It also narrates the incidents that caused its decline in those countries, and why it did not last long as it did in other states. Finally, the history behind the rise of the communist movement in the Philippines is also found here. The synthesis presents the summary of the review of the related literature. Chapter 2, which is the research and methodology, consists of the following: Research Design, Key Informants, Instrumentations, Procedure, and the Analysis of Data. The results and discussion are found in Chapter 3, followed by the summary, conclusion, and recommendations which are presented in Chapter 4.
