Autobiography of Melvin Alonzo Cook (b.1911), a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who was born at Swan Creek (now Lakota), Rich County, Utah, and who married Wanda Garfield in 1935. They lived in New Jersey and then in Salt Lake City, Utah. Includes some ancestry in the United States, England, Germany and elsewhere.
