A New Physically-based Current Continuity Differencing Scheme for Semiconductor Device Simulation
註釋Abstract: "A new, physically-based, nine-point differencing scheme for the two-dimensional current continuity equation is described. This scheme is conservative, positive, and preserves the transportive property of convective components, appropriately accounts for convection skew to the mesh directions, and is simple to derive and implement. The scheme provides an alternative to the central, classical upwind, and Scharfetter-Gummel differencing approaches. This article will be submitted as a brief to the IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices."
