註釋Produced to coincide with a major retrospective exhibition of Mancobe's work, held at Cape Town's South African National Art Gallery in 1995. Mancobe works in watercolour as well as sculpture. From South Africa, he moved to Paris and settled west of the capital and in 1961 he became a French citizen. In 1994 after an absence of 56 years, he visited South Africa for the retrospective exhibition in Johannesburg.
