Communicating about Contaminants in Country Food
註釋This report examines (1) how public health authorities have investigated food-borne contaminants and assessed the risks and hazards these pose to the aboriginal people who consume them, and (2) Inuit knowledge and perceptions of contaminants in country food, and Inuit information needs respecting contaminants. The research focused on the interaction between those responsible for investigating and communicating about contaminants and their health effects, and the aboriginal people who harvest and consume country food.
