註釋Labour law reforms since the early 1990s and throughout the reference period were aimed to meet three diferent challenges: the re-introduction of the employment relationship as a bilateral contractual relationship, the transposition of the 'acquis communautaire' into the national labour law, the adjustment of labour law to the social and economic environment in a way that it would contribute to the restoration of the balance between market constraints and social concerns.
